It makes sense if you think Virginia should make sure Virginia voters get a chance to vote in the primaries for their own candidates, right?

Laws and administrative procedures that result in only two candidates getting on the list ~ a madman and a loser ~ are definitely not something we want to continue.

Existing officials are responsible for this. They gotta' go!
