It's called manners on FR. If you quote someone or repost something they said, you PING THEM. But you newer sign ups don't seem to get it. Trust me, you use someones name without pinging them and a Mod will smack you.

It's one thing if someone calls another poster a vile name or says something nastily slanderous.
But there's a small group of people here who ping Jim, the Mods or their posse on anyone who disagrees with them in an attempt to intimidate.
Believe me, they despise those of us they can't bully.
I find their attempts to intimidate childish and reprehensible.
