First - Many conservative voters - like myself - will not vote for Romney in a general election - I will leave the ballot blank on POTUS.

I said the same thing about McCain--even put up a thread on why he was unqualified to be the GOP nominee. Then he picked a conservative VP candidate and I and a lot of other FReepers went and voted for him.

I still did not vote for McCain. I tolerated his presence at the top of the ticket, and voted for the lady who would be one heartbeat away from the Presidency if they won.

The chances of Myth getting a “Sarah Palin” type VP is next to nothing. Besides, even McCain had “some” redeeming points. I cannot think of any for Romney. Plus, I think many secretly hoped that McCain would die and leave Palin as POTUS.
