Do you judge what you eat, and what is bad for you? Do you judge what to watch on TV etc and what not to watch, what’s rotten? Do you judge who to befriend and who is bad association or untrustworthy? Do you judge which impulses you should act on and which to shove out the door of your mind and reject?
Anyone who thinks homosexual acts should not be judged as perverted and wrong is part of the problem. It means you or RPaul thinks such acts are just fine.
Human civilization has to be founded upon basic morality or it will soon degrade to barbarism and chaos. And we can see that happening right now at an ever accelerating pace. And Libertarianism is helping the descend into chaos.
