Yes, he did say so. He said that all of the nations around them had nukes, that Israel had so many (he named some number), and that Iran is "surrounded" (or words similar to that.)
He went on to say that no one could blame them for wanting a nuke, too.
That sounds to me like he thinks it's a swell idea. In other words, "OK".
Come on! you are being silly! I can't blame Iran for wanting a nuke either. That does not mean I support Iran having a nuke. I also do not think it would be a swell Idea! I think Israel should police that situation. They have had success before. Why is America the Worlds Police force? WE ARE BROKE!
