Christmas eve is Sashimi. Lot's of it; salmon, hamachi, uni, blue fin tuna, sea clam. Christmas day dinner is a delicious roast pork shoulder, green beans and roasted mini potatoes.
Despite the country's issues, we're certainly blessed to be alive!
