Removed Vista Security 2012 virus and ping.exe, can't access internet

My computer became infected with the Vista Security 2012 virus so I used rkill to stop it then wiped it with MBAM. After restarting my computer I was unable to access the internet. I noticed that I had ping.exe so I ran ComboFix to remove it, however I still cannot access the internet. My computer will connect to the local network but not the internet.
