You can’t get a wired connection either?

first check the bios to see that OnBoard LAN Boot Rom is not disabled.

Did the computer come with any restore disks?
Some computers will have a separate disk partition (usually D:) with all of the original OS files compressed (image) on it. Any chance of that?

You’ll need to backup any personal files on the computer before doing that, as it will wipe the computer clean and restore to original condition.
