The cleaver is the greatest tool.

LOL! I have a knife case that's been all over the world with me. It contains about $600 (2002 dollars) worth of knives. Some are hand-crafted Japanese knives.
But I don't own a cleaver.
I owned 2 when I started culinary school. I sold them to suckers younger classmen.
I do, however, have a bow-saw that is used only for meat.
