I do not quite understand what Joe Lieberman is doing.

Is he truly interested in finding who is at fault in F&F or is he saying the fault is actually because of Miscommunication and no one is actually at fault.

This is looking like a cop-out to me.Am I totally wrong or is Joe looking to give Holder and Obama a way out by blaming the whole thing on Miscommunication?

The reality of this story is that Bersin was a recess appointment and that appointment was going to expire without him ever being seen in the Senate. Of the Obama appointments he is probably one of the less controversial ones. At least with him you were pretty sure he was born on Earth. If his Assistant gets the job permanently, then look out. He is career Border Patrol and not the sharpest tool in the shed.
