Though controversial, that’s a political and constitutional position rather than an expression of anti-Semitism. He’s a follower of the Austrian school of economics, which was advanced by Mises and Hayek who were both Jews. Paul was closely aligned with Murray Rothbard and praised Milton Friedman as well. Genuine anti-Semites don’t do stuff like that.
