To: Auntie Mame
The answer is surprisingly simple. It appears that America’s Christians, by and large, are decent, logical and patriotic. As a result, they not only subscribe to the words found in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, but the other, older ones, inscribed in their Bible. And it probably doesn’t hurt that their savior happened to be Jewish.

Question for any Jewish Freepers: Why do some Jewish names sound more like Spanish or Italian last names? Caruba. (George) Costanza. Etc. Just curious.

Thanks for that link. I read the article and am glad there is discussion in Poland about the crimes against their own Jewish citizens after the war, but disagree it had anything to do specifically with Poles being anti-Semitic but rather stems from communism itself.
