I like his point about people not being willing to give up privacy for security, until someone dies.

I also agree that small groups of people (15-20) are probably the best model. There are just so many variables to consider that it seems impossible.

Best bet is to get your family around you and lock and load all together. Thats what we are doing. There’s a reason why the term “blood is thicker than water” got started.

If you don’t have a family then the banding together with neigbors is probably the next best thing.

Going it alone with only 2 or 3 people is going to be tough unless you are on the top of a mountain with only one way in and one way out.
