Using the INS records of BHO Sr. and the divorce settlements. The picture of the actual young life of Obama is definitely taking shape - and it is not the shape of ‘Dreams’.

I will list known facts here and then add subjective analysis.

Fact #1: INS documents Obama has USC wife in April of 1961. Does not indicate who it is.
Analysis: This would apparently be SAD. It would be when she is pregnant and after the supposed February wedding. This fits a scenario where Obama senior is the father and SAD is the mother.

Fact #2: Obama Senior fills out INS documents in late August of 1961. He claims Stanley Ann as his wife in the document but fails to recognize or document his supposed new born child. Also of note - in his own handwriting he writes his birth date - and it is 1934, not 1936.
Analysis: The USC wife is an asset to Obama, the child is a liability. Legally married or not he is claiming it and serves him to help him stay in the US. With SAD in Washington he may not even know the child has been born. Or if he knows he feel safe that the INS people will not chase her down in Washington for any reason. So why mention the child in the form - and he does not. Also, note that he documents his birth in his own handwriting - 1934. It is not a clerical error or a form that is mistyped - he wrote it. In later years this birth changes to 1936. And the ‘age of father’ in the LFBC image matches 1936, not 1934. An unexplained discrepancy that remains today.

Fact: In June 1962 Obama Seniors leaves Hawaii. Articles are written about him. Pictures taken. But never is his marriage or his child mentioned.
Analysis: The marriage or supposed marriage was useful for INS purposes. But was never part of the public persona.

Fact: In September 1962 Lolo Soetoro comes to the US to study. Also in the same month SAD returns to Hawaii. BHO Senior is already gone.
Analysis: BHO Senior never met his birth name son. He may have known nothing or almost nothing of him during this time.

Fact: In January of 1964 SAD files for divorce.
Analysis: Why then, why not earlier? Possibly because she is now in a relationship with Lolo. If it is to take the next step or any additional steps in this or any relationshipos she probably needs to get the ‘Mrs.’ changed back to ‘Ms.’. But another possibility could be that she was holding a candle for BHO Sr. and did have dreams he would come back and take her and little BHO II away. But then she realized it was not going to happen and it was time to end the charade. He was close to graduating. Maybe he told her - “come back to Hawaii??? No way.” He would be gone and out of the US in the not distant future so if he was not coming back then things needed to be ‘wrapped up’ one way or the other. Also, depending on the actual birth was documented Obama may or may not have had a father listed. A divorce with the child documented in it would ‘anchor’ and document the father. My guess, and it is still a guess with nothing specific to back it up, is that Obama was born in Washington or Canada.

Fact: Divorce is finalized in March of 1964. Divorce papers appear to be missing a page (page 11) when released to public.
Analysis: The missing page is interesting. As FN has asked - what was used to identify this child in the divorce. Most likely a legitimate BC of some type from some state. But it appears missing. Either someone removed it before releasing it or it was part of documents that are sealed by court order and thus legally redacted. If there was an adoption in later years then the later case would be likely.

Fact: In April of 1964 Obama still claims SAD as wife and USC son who is 2 years old (supposedly Obama II). Note: Obama list birth year as 1936 in his own handwriting.
Analysis: Even after divorce he is leverage not only SAD as a wife but the son as well. Since they are in Hawaii he probably assumes no one will check and find out about the divorce. This is first acknowledgement of admission by Obama Senior of Obama II. It is unclear why Obama changes his birth year to 1936. It is in his own handwriting and is not a typo or clerical error.

Fact: SAD and Lolo marry in March of 1965. Obama II is still under the age of 5 and could be adopted fairly easily according to international law.
Analysis: The fact that the marriage was in 1965 has been mis-stated and mis-reported by many. 1967 - the year the family moves to Indonesia is often cited as the year of the marriage. Was there a reason to misrepresent the actual year? Obama would have only been 4. Was he considered ‘automatically adopted’? This continues to be confusing and seems to be a very murky area. Politically - its hard to claim to be a true American when your birth father and adopted father were interloper foreign nationals.

Fact: Obama Senior, Obama II and SAD all come back to Hawaii in December 1971 for a month.
Analysis: Why? Why this magical month for this family? Well afterwards SAD returns to Indonesia - basically dumping Obama on the grand parents. And Obama Senior heads back to Africa to drink away the short remainder of this life. This leaves Obama II with the grandparents. With a flakely divorce and an foreign national step father it is likely they would take Obama II if the custodianship was clean and clear. Using the car analogy - the were taking the car and they wanted clean title since all the other parties were going to be literally half a world away. So in December of 1971 and January of 1972 another set of legal actions was likely done to ensure the grand parents can support Obama II going forward. Thus even more legal redactions and possible legal ‘sealing’ of records.

Fact: In 1980 SAD and Lolo divorce list a child over the age of 18.
Analysis: Is it Obama? It assumed to be so since no other child of record exist between the 2 except Obama II and the sister.

So this is how I see it with the facts separated from the conjecture. The conjecture (analysis) may or may not be valid but in this game of CLUE this seems to make sense at this point.
