I appreciate your passion, and that passion is exactly what we need. You need to remember, though, that it took the Founders 25 years, from 1750 to 1775, before they had established a structure, an idea, a militia and a political body to take on the British crown.

We are just getting started. In 2010, more than 700 patriots were elected to state legislatures. That’s a start. We can’t get ahead of ourselves.

I really hope your goals can be achieved through politics. There's a real chance at it. The present ruling class got to where it was by deposing the old ruling class through politics. Who's to say that they themselves can't be deposed by the same means?

Also, what the Founders had going for them was ruling-class indifference. You learn a lot about self-government when you have no alterative but to solve the problems by yourselves :)
