I don’t mind getting Hanukkah cards. It shows the sender is thinking of you and wishes you well. What’s the big deal?

Hanukkah is mentioned in the New Testament, as the feast of the Dedication (John 10.22). In fact it is noted that "it was winter."

If Jesus observed Hanukkah I don't see why it would be a problem for his followers.
