I am not sure what his powers are. Certainly if charges were brought by the Election Board he could make arrests, but I feel they would have to make the request, I doubt if he has the powers to change the ballot or turn down those ineligible without a request.I don’t believe that is under the purview of his office.

Well?....If an ordinary citizen reports voter fraud isn't that enough? Voter fraud is a crime, isn't it?
