Not a flaw. I think, if it’s recoverable, they don’t destroy it. But if it is not recoverable, then it’s destroyed remotely.
Somebody gave the military an order to not destroy an unrecoverable drone.
Flying it over Iran until it runs out of fuel is beyond suspicious.
