Civil unions are a contract. Marriage is a religious covenant. Homos, like every other destructive lifestyle, want to “get married” as a stepping stone to silencing religious leaders, and in the end, forcing them by law (and against their convictions) to marry two queers. In the end it is all about control. Always has been.

You may have touched on an interesting point. The gay agenda may be a strategy to destroy Christianity. If homosexuality cannot be taught as sin, God’s word in the Bible would have to be revised, starting with Adam and Eve.
