Not sure why. I clicked the link and it worked. IB Times is legitimate from what I can tell. Are you sure you don’t have something on your machine? Sounds like a redirect virus.

The link works, and the site may indeed be legit, but apparently they’re not too picky about who they allow to advertise on their site.
No, I don’t have anything on my machine. It’s a fairly common type of adware, and it’s harmless *unless* you bite on the premise and go further.
