Hope Leo keeps plugging at the primary issue, but I think there's some serious license being taken with some of the above taken from a blog. I can't find confirmation of this, allegedly from Pres. Bush, and have never heard nor read that he said this:

Nor does it fit his narratives, history, tone and/or speeches at the time.
