I'm a little worried.

My guy is Sam Rohrer & I think Sam can do it although the establishment hates him.

The front-runner is probably Tim Burns who is close to state GOP Chairman Rob Gleason (a nogoodnik) and is the guy who lost the race to fill Murtha's seat, and who I think Casey would have the easiest time with.

Pileggi is a spooky smart guy who is not as conservative as most of us would like. He'd be better than Burns not as good as Sam.

Pileggi, however, would grind Casey to hamburger in the general and then serve him to the Dem leadership for supper with a nice Chianti and some fava beans.

The pubbie party in Pa would get lost in a one car funeral.

It's December and no candidate has jumped out and started to run and the PA primary is in April, just a shade over 4 months.

There is a western PA guy, don't remember his name, and one of the local talking heads was pitching him recently.

I'm not going to start paying attention until after the holidays, unless things get fired up in the next two weeks.
