Funny stuff, that cartoon.

It is spooky that Biblical eschatology, predictions and "prophecies" imply the same general time frame for upheaval/cataclysm and beginning of something new. Add to that some possible alignment of the zodiac with the milky way? Am I way out in left field here or what?

Nobody knows the day or the hour of His return, but likewise, the world will not end until everything He has pronounced is fulfilled.

Of course the western hemisphere really isn’t addressed in Scripture, so it isn’t impossible that by His grace, He reminds the rest of the world of an impending Great Tribulation by making an example of His wrath upon those who attack His Plan. Nothing says the Americas won’t get severely rearranged in the near future.
