I’m assuming that is a smarty pants reply, meant to belittle . However, I’ll answer .
I do not have a job. I quit my job right after he had his first eye surgery at 6 months old. And was running him back and forth 2 to 4 times a WEEK to childrens hospital. ( fwiw, he just had his third surgery at the end of September ).
Having a kid with mulitple vision problems and all the trips we had to make (and still make , although not as often now, thank GOD) ~ does not make time for a job.
He was ( is ) a *** lot *** more important to get his vision issues worked out and diagnosed than bringing home a few bucks ( after paying a baby sitter and gasoline for getting to and from work ).
So until he starts school next year, I am content being a stay at home Mom, even though with one income it’s a little rough or a lot rough in the winter time. I’d be even happier if I had that darn winning powerball lotto ticket in my hand LOL
It was meant to connect you to the problem. People tend to disconnect financial problems to themselves. It’s always someone else’s fault they have a financial issue. That’s how people end up in trouble.
Losing my glasses is part of life. Being unable to buy another pair is MY fault.
