This tactic of challenging the liberals in government is becoming a trend. It reminds me of the late Joey Vento's battle with the liberal establishment in Philadelphia. Vento put up an "Order in English" sign. The PC liberal establishment took him to court where he won the case to keep the sign on display. Free speech won the day. In this case equal treatment under the law will win the day.
Fighting these liberal establishment types will also send a message to them that we will not let them trample on our Constitutional rights and we will not back down under any circumstances.
