“The Aggies did everything they could to lose. But they had a great deal of help from the lousy personal foul call that let the Longhorns get within field goal range. Officials should not be the ones to decide the outcome of the game.”

The Longhorn defense DEE# along with the Aggies el foldo history were the reasons for their defeat. Blaming your team’s defeat on your erroneous perception of a bad personal foul call is ridiculous. There was a clear head to head shot on the receiver. The corner or safety may have tried to avoid it or lessen it but nevertheless it was there. Under the rules that is a penalty. We can argue that the rules are creating flag football but you can’t argue with the interpretation. Plus that call did not get the ‘Horns in field goal range, McCoy’s run did

So quit your typical Aggie whining about blaming the refs for your sad swan song.

While I did not go to tonight’s game in College Station, I have been to many UT v. A&M games in College Station. In all my times of going to games there, I have never had an Aggie tell me it was a good game, never had an Aggle offer me a drink. I have had Aggies yell things are me and my wife.

Here in Austin at our tailgates, we invite visiting fans to our pre-game party, offer them beer and brisket and shake their hands. And almost every tailgate party in Austin will do the exact same thing for Huskers, Bears, Jayhawks, Cowboys or Aggies.

Aggies have never offered such hospitality.
