Perry refuses to acknowledge this fact---keeps making up more excuses for his monumental flops.
At least two of the most savage drug cartels are operating in Texas. In Austin, not far from Perry in the state capitol, the savage Los Zetas have established a drug distribution stronghold----without interference from Texas L/E.

Perry is oblivious to that fact that voters are wary of a losing candidate with money to burn. He entered the 2012 race with three PACs (that we know of) teeming with money. Perry’s deluge of Fox ads News cost him $975,000; he’s spent $2.8 million on ads the last few weeks alone, begging for support in Iowa, NH and SC.......far more than any other candidate in the race.
Perry has engineered the losingest strategy in presidential politics: personally insulting and demeaning the people he needs to vote for him; cueing his supporters to insult and demean them; showing his contempt for the process. And he has the gall to ask for support?
Perry’s three ads — a bio spot, an anti-Obama spot, and even one stupidly characterizing himself as an “outsider” —— are ludicrous.
Perhaps Perry will run the ad railing against the assasination of Archduke Ferdinand----or the one where he promises to wipeout diptheria in our lifetime----or the one promising China will not go Communist on his watch (/snix).

All of Perry’s moves show his utter contempt for voters and for the American electoral process.....and a disdain for US ntl security. It's long past time for a candidate polling in single digits to wake up to reality and go home.

The good news is the Perry is now polling just below Ron Paul and right above the Black Death.

The good news are people are moving and now moving fast to Rick Perry. You know this is how Perry operates, likes to be seen as the underdog. He goes unnoticed while he is laying out his foundation and then it is too late for anyone to stop him and he always wins. There is a method to all of this. So just stay in your confort zone...and let Perry do what he does best.

Hahahaha! Hilarious! I worked for President Reagan, so spare me the 11th commandment nonsense. He had no more use for RINOs than Jim does. If you think it’s okay for ILLEGAL ALIENS to receive benefits meant for citizens, you’re a RINO.

RINOS give illegals amnesty. That is one thing you’ll NEVER see President Perry do.
The level of vitriol directed at Governor Perry in your post, and those of several others, including a few for whom I have a great deal of respect leaves me perplexed and distressed.
From my perspective Governor Perry has everything we would want in a Republican presidential candidate, including actual electability and impeccable credentials. Sure, he’s not the only possibility - but he’s the best we have.
So, even if he’s not your first choice, I’d ask that you refrain from the gratuitous, unwarranted and often dishonest trashing.
BTW, I am a Texan.
