That is a factor between Perry and Cain.
I just don't see what is gained by comparing the experience of a lifelong legislator to someone who has actually run an organization. Perry actually has been chief executive at the state level and understands the 10th. I honestly think Newt has been in the Beltway so long that he has lost the notion of governmental constraint.

Allow me to digress a bit ... I believe right wing victories (i.e., the saving of America) will come not because of who's in the WH, but rather, who's in the Senate and the House.
The 2012 elections, like 2010, should provide a strong and undeniable message to DC, including the WH - we want our country back.
