You seem a bit overwrought regarding this issue of plagiarizing simple cliches that Americans use every day. Maybe you should add more bran to your diet.

Why do you imagine everything is in Wiki? Did you realize they had books long before the Internet came along and people read them ~ some of us even studied those books.
For every item in Wiki there are dozens more on other sites ~ you really should check those other references out first.
