I’d like to be a usual suspect. Please add me to your Ping! lists.

Thank you for your dedication to the “Obama” birth/life narrative subject.

“Now we need to find how best to inform the public, since our pundits are either afraid to address it, or are making more money by whining about other issues which come with the Marxist package.”

I read the commentary extensively at a lot of different websites, both politically oriented and those less-so. I’ve been seeing a *lot* more posting from people in those divergent forums over the last six months or so that mention “Obama”’s eligibility issue. It’s bubbling just beneath the surface, far and wide, from where I sit. Perry’s team sensed this, or they wouldn’t have (disastrously, it turns out, since he proved to be a know-nothing opportunist who collapsed instead of intelligently forcing the issue onto the national conversation table) floated the LFBC issue into the primaries conversation.

As far as informing the public, the number of people who read forum commentary is, I am sure, an order of magnitude above the number of folks who actually take the time to post an opinion, fact or jibe. The word does get out, and for those of us who endeavor to educate our fellow citizens in everyday encounters where possible, we help them to also discuss it with their friends and acquaintances also, sans cyberspace. Real live people tend to listen more intently and give greater care in weighing evidence when a cogent argument is presented, logically and calmly, directly to their person, by a real, live, person.

The “Obama” lie is on borrowed time, one hopes.

I read the commentary extensively at a lot of different websites, both politically oriented and those less-so. I’ve been seeing a *lot* more posting from people in those divergent forums over the last six months or so that mention “Obama”’s eligibility issue.

Flotsam it might be useful if you wouldn't mind sharing some of those sites. Since Donofrio and Dianna Cotter exposed the unassailable fact of concealment of citations to the case used in many other decisions, it is clear that many on the left knew all along of Obama’s ineligibility. This is the time to expose fact rather than rumor to those who haven't had the time or interest in pursuing legal precedence, or those who believed the media and pundits.

I tried visiting other venues a while back but found that even the presumably conservative sites like teaparty.com and military.com had been penetrated by people who either were ignorant, or were on a mission, and who had become moderators, rendering rational discussion impossible. But with the blocking of justia.com’s archives, and the current presence of the ex. parte Lockwood decision, with its reference to the “held” decision on citizenship expurgated on the Cornell Law site, there is no need for rumors, or even the valid discussion of the common-law understood by our framers. Minor made the Vattel common-law precedence, and intentionally made no reference to the many sources in history and common law affirming what Justice Marshall, among many, told us natural born citizenship was. Since alomst no words or terms are defined in the Constitution, it is the responsibility of the Supreme Court, and its exlusive charter, to interpret the common law and language, which is just what Justice Waite did for natural born citizenship.

If you wouldn't mind sharing your assessment of sites where there is traffic, and some measure of rational discussion, I know a number of us would venture out. It may be naive, but there are Democrat voters who believe the Constitution should be protected. Thanks to Tim Stanley and Carl Malamud, it was easy for Anita Dunn's troops stimulate confusion. We now know that many of them knew and hid the truth.

Eligibility is an issue too important to give up on. Permitting party politics, money, to excuse honoring the Constitution is acceptance of its abrogation, something which the far left claims to want, but not, I believe, acceptable to Democrat liberals, who, while they might want to deny us guns, value the 1st Amendment, at least for themselves, and depend upon the equal protections clause in the 14th for much of their legal activities.

If you would prefer to send “private” mail with your opinions of other blogs, please copy the usual suspects, rxsid, Bushpilot1, Danae, Spaulding... - you probably recall more of the names than I, but they are almost all on rxsid’s research thread for the meaning of natural born citizenship. Or you could simply make a public response, or even start a thread. I think if we all shared our experiences, the more important sites would become clear. This is likely what Anita Dunn's group did to target their political enemies.

We now have what is unassailable truth, since Tim Stanley has admitted “mangled” documents, and blocked all access to archives of his website, which showed that the edits occurred during the Summer of 2008. Cornell still has what was probably Carl Malamud's handiwork up for all to see in their on-line Ex. parte Lockwood decision missing the entire paragraph with the incontrovertible words that “Happersett...held...” which established that the Lockwood decision recognized the precedence established by Happersett.

They count on our ignorance. This is 1984. Our political forces have corrupted law schools and baldly hidden the ineligibility of their ideal candidate, a half black Marxist political activist with no history. We can never let this crime disappear because Obama’s tenure is a recipe for tyranny.

Our arrogant leftists effectively burned history to protect their coup. With Soros’ sponsorship they have established their presence at virtually all the major law schools through Soros and Malamud's “law.gov”, with backing from Lotus's billionaire, Mitch Kapor. Does anyone believe those academic institutions didn't have a few con-law professors whose students discovered the discrepancies between justia.com and Lexis cases which contained citations to Minor v. Happersett?

Legal academia has become a co-conspirator in the corruption of our legal foundation. This is fact. Proving it might take some work, since locating which law students discovered and pointed out the errors in justia cases published on line after the Summer of 2008 will probably not be easy, and they almost certainly wouldn't come forward voluntarily.

We see that interpretation of the law, and even the publishing of rewritten historic cases is now under political control. They rewrite decisions as they see fit. How many of the solemn pronouncements by our "Men in Black" are based upon corrupted decisions? What does judicial authority mean if the authority is based upon corrupted precedence? I think many citizens will be disturbed by that reality. We need to let them know.

Spaulding,
Thanks for the reply and the voluminous (but non-tedious) remarks. Always enjoy reading your stuff.

Below are a couple of forums that I was checking the comments on earlier today. I realize that the stories are on Obama and his reelection prospects, but lets face it, US News and World Report isn’t exactly a bastion of conservative thought. There were plenty of Obama defenders also (their grammar and spelling was just atrocious, for the most part), but they constituted significantly less than a majority. I also saw many posts by constitutionalists about the “Obama” birth narrative/shady past and his presumed lack of qualification to hold the office he’s Occupying, and none were challenged, IIRC. I found that strange.

http://www.usnews.com/opinion/articles/2011/08/11/will-obama-be-a-one-term-president

I don’t recall off the top of my head the others that I’ve seen recently, but as I come across them, I’ll post links. They’ll be posted in the forum, so lurkers can discover them also, ensuring widest dissemination. It’s good to post here at FR in what is for the most part a friendly forum amongst others who share the same concerns, but IMO, those of us with more than a superficial knowledge of what has been and continues to be done to our Constitution and Nation via the usurpation of the presidency need to also jump into some of these forums and get the word out to folks that are still blindered. November 2012 is less than a year away; we need to educate as many of our “your average duped voter” citizens as possible, as quickly as possible.
