All the way back to October 13th, Brookfield management who owns the park were demanding the removal of tarps, sleeping bags and tents as well as prohibiting sleeping on benches or on the ground and were given what amounts to an eviction notice by the park's owner.

At that, the latest target of the Occupy thugs is Brookfield because they demanded the removal of the OWS punks from their private property.
