If Democrats wanted a LOWER BUDGET DEFICIT, they could have stopped spending. Fact is they do not want these things. They firmly believe that a centralized Fed Gov is the answer to every problem DESPITE THE EVIDENCE! And worse yet, they refuse to budge despite the evidence.
