Wonder if theyll talk about the inaction of 99.99% of Muslims and their failure to forcefully condemn the terrorist acts of Muslims?!

At the core of the conflict between islam and democracy is islam’s absolute conviction that there is no such thing as a secular state. Where we in the West — especially First Amendment America — cherish the notion that Church and State are separate, no such distinction exists in islam. The Mosque and the State are one, and each serves as the instrument of the other. There is no legal codex; the koran serves that purpose. There is no legislature; imams and ayatollahs make all those decisions. Courts? Juries? Bah! Religious elders will decide innocence or guilt, sometimes based on sharia, sometimes based on little more than whim.
But in the end, it all comes back to the Mosque. The muzzein’s call is islam’s national anthem. And as close as it will ever get to a hymn.

A scholarly and cogent essay. It brings to mind a young British officer's assessment of Islam. Later better known as Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Much thought and care here. Deserves repeating and will stand on it's own merit.
Let the appeasers debate this at their peril.
