It was precisely due to the utter failure of Dubya that Obama is in the White House. Or to put it another way, the Bush Administration’s stink was such that VIRGINIA & NORTH CAROLINA went to the rats in 08!!
Being 10 time better than zero doesn't make you good. Bush and his get-along style led to the unthinkable: the Dems being able to run as the party of fiscal responsibility. You can trace the disaster called Obama/Pelosi directly to Dubya.
