No, I had no idea about her heart condition. I googled it and you were right, Cain said she has an implanted heart device. So that would explain her lack of being actively involved in her huband’s campaign.
But she is not incapacitated, she sings in the church choir, that takes stamina too. But she was not at a single event Cain had, except I understand when he first announced.
