Cold was the down fall I would see about living there.
Who cares what the prices are when you can't go outside in less than a parka 4/5 of the year. BBQ's off, swimming off, nor any women in bikini's.
Going to bed requires a snow mobile suit 4/5's of the year.
Sorry, does not sound like any dream spot to reside to me.
