I am still leary of Herman Cains ability to win and effectively serve as president. But, this is obviously an attempt by the Dem's to smear him. I remember the Ulsterman saying the Dem's were spending millins to get the GOP candidates to attack each other. When Romney and Perry were being blamed this was happening right on schedule and according to their playbook.

I beleive all these allegations against Mr. Cain are false, but I also know that voice stress analysis is not considered anywhere NEAR as dependable as this guy makes it out to be.
Do your own research and decide.
The only fair test will now be for him to analyze the statements made by Mr. Cain’s accusers, as if he’s not lying, they must be. And let’s see more than his opinion that that is the case.

With tears in his eyes and a quivering lip he describe the incident in which while backstage a Republican function he dropped his notes and while bending over to pick them up he clearly recalls Herman in his deep voice say to him:
