I thought Cain’s performance will have more impact than they think. When the moderator asked the question...and then anpther tried to follow up, the crowd literally booed them...and they applauded and cheered Caain’s answer.

I felt he did well in other areas as well, regarding taxes, health care, social security, etc.

Given how people were wondering how he would perform, I think he put a lot of fears to rest that this might be someho a downturn for him. To the contrary, I think he is still going to climb.

The media wanted to try this matter in the “court of public opinion”... guess they got their verdict from the audience tonight.

I was surprised at that. This was a Detroit crowd, which I expected to be liberal. And it was on CNBC, which has a business audience, but still liberal. Do you know how the crowd was selected ? Can we tell anything from their reaction to the smear attempt on Cain ?
