I noticed that earlier too. That is a very 'familiar' type of place for one's hand. Not good. It is body language that speaks volumes to me about what was on Cain's mind at the time of the photo.
It means nothing in the context of being accused of sexual assault. But it does tell me something about Cain's mindset at that time.
Just as the placement of HER hands say something as well. Not very professional.
