This claim may well be accurate. But (and remembering the "David Axlerod" thing from yesterday) I would offer a cautionary note, based ONLY on the links provided here.

The article here is a blog. I know it's posted as news/activism, but "PatDollard" is not a news source. And in the article, the quotes given above, and the claim that she was fired for false charges, are sourced to a different blog:

Sharon Bailek Remembered by co-worker as a time waster....

THAT blog has a couple of links to news stories, but none of those links mention the co-worker or the claim she was fired for a false claim.

The claim that she was fired for filing a sexual harrassment charge isn't even IN quotes, here is how it appears in the blog:

In this particular incident she was fired for falsely accusing her boss of sexual harassment, a charge denied by co-workers, as well as being pretty much a pain in the ass to work with.
The blog gives a quote with no references as well. I've searched for that quote, and find it in a lot of blogs, but can't find where it is originally sourced to. None of the references give the name of the co-worker either.

If someone has a link to a news source, that would be very helpful.

Why is a “news source” more dependable than a “Blog source”?
