Let me also explain this about Levin, on this site.

While you may want to call Rush and Hantity RINOs (for whatever reason), and call Medved a RINO (because he is), and call ANY of the candidates, including Cain, a RINO, most of us, on this site, will stand between an assassin and Levin and take the bullets - that’s how we feel about him. You’re hitting on the wrong person. You can hit him on his judgment, but don’t EVER claim he’s a RINO.

I am opposed to a national sales tax, of any amount, until repeal of the 16th Amendment, and then a constitutional amendment that would set the upper limit of the sales tax.

Giving the voracious taxers in Mordor-on-the-Potomac a sales tax without first taking away the slave tax is insane.

You could have a very good case against a national or federal sales tax, and you should make it.

But why all the insults and conspiratorialism?

It's hard to think of a tax system that's more intrusive than the income tax as it has existed over the last century.

Cain's flat tax proposals may or may not be good or feasible or worthwhile, but I've no doubt that he makes them in good faith.
