Whenever I hear about Newt, I always sigh, at least mentally.
I don't exactly know why. Maybe I'm thinking back fondly to the 1990s, or maybe I just regret the lost potential there, or maybe it's knowing that he's going to talk my ear off.

I think many people are starting to understand it's not just a President we need...we need a spcialized mechanic who knows the engine he'll be working on....not someone who has to learn what parts are what..what they do..and how they work as a unit...and then find an instruction book to show them how to do it.
Nobody but Newt has that knowledge...that's just the facts and the fact is this country needs his experience....not just as a candidate per say...but as one who knows the whole shabang and how to put the machine back together...from day one.
Then why does Cain say one thing one day and spend the next day explaining what he meant or...don't you understand a joke?!
I agree. The country is in a mess and Newt is the smartest of the bunch.
If Newt lives in VA, I am open to Cain and Gingrich being on the same ticket.
Any ticket with Ginrich on it scares me to death.
If Ginrich is on top, it is a guaranteed losing ticket.
We know too much about the real Grinchrich to believe his slick talk.

Cain was uninformed on the meaning of “Right to return.” That is not fumbling on the “mideast” since Israel is in the Near East, and Cain is strong on Israel.
Cain is right on the mark on abortion; totally against it.
The “latest excapade” is from Perry operatives, not “the left.” Wilson created every bit of the current false attack on Cain. He surmised that there would have been some kind of settlement, but he was wrong. There is no record on paper of any of it.

Ginrich has screwed us for the last time. He dismantled the conservative wing of the GOP during his tenure as speaker. He blocked every significant conservative bill from coming to the floor.

Gingrich will politely show how global third way socialism is what America needs, and how wonderful Cap and Tax will be.

Newt is a total loser across the board.
Her says what he knows will tickle people’s ears, just like Nixon, and like Nixon, he is a global socialist to the core.
There were enough votes to get us out of the UN when he was speaker, but he held the bill off the floor.
There were enough votes to end funding for PBS/NPR and again he blocked it.
He loves Cap and Tax, and already has investments in place to profit from it.

So no.. Newt is hardly a loser and most recognize he’s had some fumbles...they all do sooner or later and will again...but his strengths far exceed his blunders....(there are no perfect candidates)...and for that I am leaning toward Newt. The nation needs someone who can hit the ground running...only Newt can do that and we already know very well he’ll out do obama in any debate.
I hope who ever wins the nomination - and then the Presidency -finds a place for Newt’s skills.
