Perry, was probably “asked” to run. Their logic is that he would be the most likely to bring the “T-Party” along. I am convinced that Rick really did not want to run for President until asked by the Republican leadership.
The Republican Leadership has a long history of failure. Not since Reagan have we had a “non-establishment” Republican President or nominee.
