Do you keep your feet elevated whlle on your puter? It has helped me. I have a document box with a lid you assemble (Ulead) and stuck a pillow on top of it, prop my feet on that. When I go to bed, I elevate my feet on a pillow whether they need it or not.
You're still in my prayers, and I notice you still post a lot which means you could be like me and on the computer a lot.

Oakland is bad news even in the best of times.
SEIU is running squads of paid agents provocateurs to stir up the trouble there.
Mayor Quan just surrendered the town to the thugs yesterday. Only a fool would go past 40th street at night any more.

This must be quite a quandary for our men in blue. What to do . . . Be a good democrat unionist or a defender of the general public. Yeah, I don't know who to cheer for as I pretty much loath stinking neo-hippies and cops equally.
Guess I'll sit back and make some popcorn.

And Madison’s current mayor, Paul Soglin, was a protestor during the 60s. Also, while he was mayor during the early 70s, he was part of a group that went to Cuba to meet with Castro.

Police once upon a time, a long, long time ago where referred to as “Officers of the Peace” or Peace Officers.

Meanwhile, Bernardine Dohrn is thrilled. She could not use “thrilling” often enough in a recent radio interview. It’s “contagious,” she said. “Thrilled” that the violence is spreading.
What did we say? Didn’t we warn it would go this way? When is enough enough?

Just as in 1972, the great Silent Majority will go to the polls and sweep out the trash.

I believe the Occupy adherents started oput as a fgroup of useful idiots for the Democrats and Progressivess, but when they stayed for days , which was stupid, they attracted drones, ex-felons, thieves and the dregs of the earth,
They had no message to begin with , only a desire for adventure, but scum was gathered in by free food tents and other things paid for by Soros, Move On.org and SEIU.
The whole thing has turned into a disaster that needs cleaning up by the real protesters going home and the problems being arrested and jailed.
The protesters didn’t know what they were protesting in the first place.

Do you have a handy link on that? Thanks in advance, if so.

How long before some cops somewhere decide they've had enough and just go Kent State on the protesters? And isn't that the goal of the organizers? As bad as these protests are now, if someone in authority snaps it could spin much further out of control than it is now in a hurry.
The anarchists in the protester's ranks are probably drooling at the prospect of chaos, but they will be sacrificed by the puppet masters behind these protests whose ultimate aim is the destruction of the capitalist system, the Constitution which protects that system, and the imposition of a communist/statist government in the U.S.. The rest of the West has already fallen. We are alone now.

The only thing keeping them there are fantasies about a revolution, history books to be written about them, and statues erected in their honor. Its actually kind of pathetic.

How can you tell them apart? Seriously, there's little difference between them.

Yeah and now they are running things in Washington.

I think so. The more these varmints push the envelope the more they will alienate the great mushy middle. This country is confused and screwed up but has no taste for public violence.

Re: Clint Eastwood pic.: One of my favorite actors...
I have seen that movie twice in the last few months on my Gsat. (Asian TVRO)
Re: Artichokes... Globe? My favorite veggie since I was a small child. Can not find them in Phiippines :(
I did, however, find them on occasion in Slovakia at Tesco.

Since that protester has been identified as HIV positive, I hope the cop had more than a hot shower.

Of course--the whole game is to instigate a violent reaction from some police--then screech about "police brutality" as if they are victims. We've seen this movie over and over since the 60's.
