If you can't speak or understand English and your parents can't teach you to speak English before you get to school then don't expect to stay in the USA.

I don’t care if they can speak English. If they are illegal they need to rediscover the wonders of the colorful folkways of Old Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, or wherever else they came from.
