From reading the first 24 posts it seems that critics are Ok with illegals gong to college in Texas; they just want to charge them more.

The law is that foreign people can apply for and get student visas to attend American schools.

Foreign people here under student visas pay the highest possible tuition rates.... UNLESS....... they are illegal aliens...... who didn't bother getting a student visa.

The preference is not only for Mexicans over Americans, it's Mexicans over foreigners who obey our laws regarding legal entry.

Now how do you expect me to brook such a comment” I made absolutely no statement to the effect that you assign to me as one of the first 24 posters on this thread. In fact, I think I’ve made myself quite clear on this in other threads. Illegal aliens should be deported. It can be done, its just that most pols lack the intestinal fortitude to deny themselves the ever expanding vote bloc of illegals that shouldn’t have a say about anything in our country.
