Perry has a record of using the Veto power extensively in Texas. I know he is willing to stand against the legislature when he want to do so.
I am not as sure Cain is as willing to do the same.

In 2001, his first term as governor, he set a record with the most bills vetoed in a single session. That year, Perry vetoed 82 bills and signed 1,913 bills. So far, that’s still the record.
The issue with a GOP president and Congress isn’t the use of veto power as much as not leading the legislative lapdogs down the “I’ll impose any mandate to maybe save a life”, big-government, pro-amnesty path.
Then you don’t have the right to bash anybody. It is pure cowardice to sit back and bash candidates who have stood up when you won’t.
I have not decided if I will vote for the nominee if it is a Rino.
