Abolish the IRS and the income tax, then I don't have a problem with a 9% Federal sales tax.
Somebody ought to explain to Cain that proposing new Federal sales taxes while keeping the income tax is not conservative.
That being said, I still like the man better than any of the other candidates save Gingrich, got a feeling that 999 is a starting point.
