little lies again.
I have never posted on western trivia. I have never posted on western movie trivia. I rarely post on anything involving movies. I have posted, sometimes at great length, on the religion forum. Most of my posts involve politics & the military.
And I post an average of 1,000 posts/year.
But again, honesty is not a birther trait. Honestly would force them to THINK about why no court & no state pays any attention to them. Honesty would force them to admit WorldNutDaily is possibly the worst possible source of legal information. Honesty would make them wonder at this quote from the DISSENT in WKA:
“Considering the circumstances surrounding the framing of the Constitution, I submit that it is unreasonable to conclude that “natural-born citizen” applied to everybody born within the geographical tract known as the United States, irrespective of circumstances, and that the children of foreigners, happening to be born to them while passing through the country, whether of royal parentage or not, or whether of the Mongolian, Malay or other race, were eligible to the Presidency, while children of our citizens, born abroad, were not.”

Oops! Did I link to a US Supreme Court case, but not justia? Oh well. Guess I’m the only person in America who can find Supreme Court cases without relying on “justia”...
But honesty isn’t what birthers are about. Then they couldn’t call Rush Limbaugh a RINO. They couldn’t attack Sarah Palin as a GOP dupe.
If they were honest, they would honestly face the reason no court or state will give them the time of day: the meaning of NBC has been settled law since before 1900. And it was widely understood as applying to those born of alien parents from the beginning of the country.
If honest, they would admit that Natural Born Citizen was a legal term with an established legal meaning when the Constitution was written.
No, honesty is not what birthers do. Not at all.
Umm, just under three comments a day is 1000 a year.
I did indeed scan at least one year of your comments, it didn’t take long, and maybe a bit more than one year.
Anyway, I don’t read your propganda drivel any more.
:-D
Yeah taking snippets out of context is what you do. Your hypocrisy stinks just like your source of cut and paste.
.....The evident intention, and the necessary effect, of the submission of this case to the decision of the court upon the facts agreed by the parties were to present for determination the single question stated at the beginning of this opinion, namely, whether a child born in the United States, of parent of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a permanent domicil and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States. For the reasons above stated, this court is of opinion that the question must be answered in the affirmative....
Obama's father was not a permanent residence he was admitted as a temporary visitor f-1 for a limited amount of time as a student, and in fact was close to being deported...
If a researcher was using Justia, they would assume the on-line case law was accurate and would rely on it, thus not spending more billable hours in additional searches. It was the most prevalent in a google search. Not realizing they had been duped.
From the article
.. attorneys working on arguments always would return to the originals from the Supreme Court, "but 99.99 percent of the population has no access to dusty law texts or expensive legal research services such as Lexis and Westlaw."The manipulation at Justia.com diluted the importance of Minor by killing the citations in Supreme Court cases spanning over 100 years. Since Google most often returns Justia.com's version of the case being searched for as the first or second hit, Justia's version of Supreme Court opinions are most influential in the blogosphere's forums and comments.
Erasing those citations and text on the Internet literally erases the importance of Minor and its precedents to millions of Americans otherwise unlikely to ever step into physical Law Library,"
