Notice the key word “rarely”. Is it just me or do you remember a day when it was on the news that the president, and it did not matter who, was at church this Sunday? I remember when I was a little girl seeing Carter then Reagan going. Now if I remember that as a child think of what impression that left? Now you had to “google” it to find out that he “rarely” goes? JUST WOW!
Rarely is not good enough for a sitting president in my opinion.
Yes, I noticed the word 'rarely' and that it was part of the HEADLINE.
I posted in response to the statement that Obama had never been inside of a church on a Sunday since he became President. That's not true. He has been inside of churches on Sunday . . . but rarely.
If, as conservatives, we say that Obama's never been to church on Sunday, liberals can say "that's not true." And they would be right.
